Mastermind sessions are not wedding planning services commonly provided by professional wedding planners. Mastermind(s) are designed to give you the knowledge to plan your own wedding and offer advice for your personalized wedding playlist. Your mastermind(s) are designed for you to ask questions, review your wedding itinerary, and wedding playlist and verify it will match your personality. The completion of any tasks is your responsibility to see them through.

It is completely up to you. I always recommend a day-of wedding planner. They help take the ease off of your wedding day stress to make sure everything gets done and on time. However, my masterminds are the middle-of-the-road options for DIY’ers to increase the percentage of having a successful wedding – and memorable for all of the right reasons. If you want full control of planning your wedding, our masterminds provide support from an experienced outsider’s viewpoint.

We can certainly offer you assistance picking wedding colors, budget spending, and review timelines – the goal is to collaborate by giving you the tools, resources, and advice for you to plan your own wedding.

Because we reach people around the world, we do not have vendor relationships in every area. If you have a list of your favorites, we can help you identify the best choices based on their experience, pricing, and packages.

No. Our masterminds are meant as a mentorship or advisory role in your wedding planning. I highly suggest having “a #2” that will help you make decisions and can make decisions for you when need be.

No. As part of the mastermind, I can work WITH you to build a playlist in the allotted time. I will guide you into suggestions to make you (the wedding couple) and your guests happy during your big day.

A valid question. At the least, you should communicate with your DJ/Band your desired vibe and theme you want for your big day. If working with you one-on-one to create a desired playlist and you have a connection with them – by all means, YES, please do so and skip my mastermind. However, if you are the DIY type and want to create your own playlist or want to get an idea of what will most likely make you and your guests happy for a fun event, then the mastermind is for you.
