Our list of the Top 10 Pop Songs of the 2000s are songs that were released from 2000 through 2009. We use the term pop music as popular, or mainstream, music. Pop music is commonly heard on the radio. In addition, there is no particular referenced genre. Genres include rock, hip hop, and R&B. Weddings in the 2000s were filled with these popular songs.

The Top 10 pop songs were played at many different stages of the wedding from the processional all the way through to the last song at the wedding reception. I Gotta Feeling was one of the most popular grand entrance songs. I’m Yours was a very popular first dance song between the bride and groom. Daughters was one of the more popular songs for the father daughter dance.
Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It) by far represented everything about a wedding. The song could have been played two or three times during a wedding. Single Lades could have been played for the bouquet toss and also a song for the bride and her bridesmaids celebrating on the dance floor. Yeah! was a fantastic mainstream dance song to fill dance floors at wedding receptions. Finally, Beautiful Day represents everything about a wedding and how beautiful the day is and will be forever as a married couple.
